Frequently asked questions

How fast can we start?

You receive the first profiles within 48 hours. For fixed-scope Launch projects, you get a scoping proposal within 5 days. The actual start date depends on your interviews and the engineer's availability.

What if an engineer is not the right fit?

Tell us. We propose a replacement within 10 working days, without starting over.

Who owns the code and the work?

You do. The intellectual property of everything we build for you transfers to you once the invoices are paid.

How do time zones and language work?

Our engineers in Morocco work in a time zone close to Europe's, with good overlap for GCC teams and part of the US East Coast day. They communicate fluently in English and French.

Can we scale the team up or down?

Yes. Flex and Bridge can be adjusted monthly. Pods grow or shrink with your roadmap.

How do you screen engineers?

Every engineer is assessed on technical skills in their stack, communication and fit with how your team works, before we propose them.
